CANCELLATION OF OFFER & REIMBURSEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Failure to Reach Minimum Subscription Goal for 'SPYs' Tokens

• Cancellation of Public Offer Notice is hereby given that the Minimum Subscription Goal of EUR 2,500,000 was not reached within the required timeframe. Consequently, the public offer for 'SPYs' asset-referenced tokens is cancelled in accordance with Section C.10 of the Whitepaper.
• Reimbursement Rights All current Tokenholders are entitled to a full reimbursement of their subscription. As the Issuer does not possess the current banking or wallet details of all holders, you must actively claim your refund.
• How to Claim Your Refund (Email Procedure) To initiate your reimbursement, you must contact us directly. Please follow these steps:
  ・Step 1: Send an email to contact@artokens.fi with the subject line: "Refund Claim - [Your Name]".
  ・Step 2: In the email, please include:The number of 'SPYs' tokens you currently hold.Your preferred refund currency (USD/ USDC).Your originating wallet address (for verification).
  ・Step 3: Upon receipt of your email, we will conduct a mandatory identity verification check (KYC).
  ・Step 4: Once verified, we will provide you with a designated wallet address. You must transfer your 'SPYs' tokens to this address to finalize the claim.
• Timeline Refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days from the date we receive your valid withdrawal notice and the successful return of the tokens to the Issuer's wallet.
